For Windows Vista & 7 Users Do The Following:
Right click on the Internet Explorer icon -
Click on Run As Administrator

Go to the website www.RonMartinRealty.com
Click on the Chester Live Camera picture

When it asks you if you want to install the Axis ActiveX control - Click Yes

My IT guy says:
You may have to go into your START menu and click on Help & Support and type in "Disable User Accounts Control" and it will give you instructions on how to disable the User Accounts Control then install the Axis ActiveX control then it will work and you can turn your User Accounts Control back on.

You should now be able to view the Chester Live Camera from now on!
