I now believe that I have optimal settings for the viewing pleasure of hundreds of you (if not thousands) that are faithful watchers of your "Eye on Chester"!
Just so that you all understand some of the behavior:
     1. You are limited to 45 seconds of viewing per session.  (This allows others to connect because the maximum number of  viewers is consistently reached most of the time - especially during storms.) 
You will log back on in about 10 seconds.
     2. The more viewers on the Live Camera the more jerky the picture.
     3. If you would be so kind as to log off the camera after viewing it and not leave it on in the background, others will be able to log on nearly any time.
If you are unable to view the camera because it states that you cannot load the Axis Media Control - you must load that control by clicking on the banner just above my United Country-Ron Martin Realty Banner in a strip that is yellow and about 1/2" tall.  Then load that control.  If you are still unable to view the camera, call me and I will help you.
